| Years 10 and 11 (GCSE) |
Pupils will have been set in Year
9 for GCSE Mathematics. There are 2 groups of equal ability
and 1 small group of pupils who find Mathematics difficult.
They usually stay in their groups for three years, Years
9, 10 and 11, unless there is a big change in their work.
For Key Stage 4 we follow the Edexcel Mathematics syllabus
option A/1385. This syllabus has a coursework option.
From September 2006, Year 10 will be following the Edexcel
IGCSE Mathematics syllabus with the first exam in May
2008. |
